Folsom South Canal Connection

In order to meet its water needs in time of draught, EBMUD is expanding its infrastructure to bring water from the Sacramento River.  Two new Pump Stations, totaling 18,760 SF, several support structures and 17 miles of pipeline are being constructed. The pump stations’ massing and scale are derived from neighboring agricultural structures while their colors are borrowed from the warm palette of the surrounding landscape.
