This new treatment facility for the City of Pacifica is located in a former quarry adjacent to the Pacific Ocean. The Administrative Building houses a 2-story tall grit handling and maintenance areas in addition to the 3-story administrative area. The entire plant is effectively screened from public view by existing hills, manmade berms, and plantings.
