Bachetti/Fox Residence

The original home was one of many thousands destroyed in the Oakland Firestorm. While the clients had many fond and vivid memories of their former home and garden, they also had a strong image for the new - that it should take the basic features of the old house and adapt them to create an "Italian Villa located in the city", a home that would more graciously accommodate their interests of cooking, entertaining, gardening and winemaking.
